A dilapidated and abandoned scrapyard on the northern outskirts of Saffron City. Despite it’s proximity to the capital city of Kanto the scrapyard is as close to lawless wasteland as Kanto gets. Under the control of the ruthless and violent criminal gang known as the Voltorb Vandals the scrapyard has become a disorganised dumping ground for unwanted, broken and abandoned machinery from all eras.
While the current freeholder remains missing in action the Saffron Scrapyard continues to operate, barely. Well-meaning scavengers and junkrats do their best to maintain the mountains of rusted metal, while avoiding the Vandals, as they dig for buried valuables.
