Simulated Battle Ball v1.1 Notes

“Got my hands on the stolen Simulated Battle Ball (SBB) tech, but these half-translated notes are a nightmare. Still, I’m making progress. The real deal here is the Forced Evolution Wave (FEW). I’m using some binaural sinewave stuff. It’s tricky, but it works – sometimes. However, it’s unpredictable; it depends on the Pokémon’s species and nature. Needs more testing. I’ve got a wild idea – intentionally triggering the FEW on Pokemon as they undergo the SBB therapy. It’s a risk, but we need results. Remember that Lake of Rage event from Johto? That’s where I’m getting some inspiration. This project’s still in the experimental phase. FEW has potential, but it’s shaky. Ethical concerns are for later
PS: Managed to strip the SBB netting and thread a spool into the psuedoballs for the defense system, should work like the SBB but hopefully without the risk of meltdown, fingers crossed”

Diagnostic Machine Repair and Refit

My initial attempts involved reverse engineering the machine’s core programming to allow it to interface with the SBB. I’ve delved deep into the system’s mainframe, deciphering lines of code that might as well be hieroglyphs. But no matter how I tweak the algorithms or reroute the data pathways, I encounter one error after another. The SBB’s operation depends on precise synchronization and communication between the healing machine and our proprietary technology. It’s a delicate dance of frequencies and data streams, and one misstep could lead to catastrophic consequences for the Pokémon undergoing the therapy. I’ve also attempted hardware modifications, tearing down the machine and trying to integrate components from SBB prototypes. Anyway, with the latest progression Delta has decided to pull the plug so to speak on this project, he’s decided it’s faster and easier to just make more Berserkers than it is to heal up the damaged ones. I may undertake this as a… personal project, you never know, maybe I can heal up the Berserk Pokémon in my own free time. No sense letting good product go to waste, right?

Abra Augmentation Report

Day 42 – Abra Teleport Experiments

Objective
: Today, we’re back at it, pushing these Abra to their teleporting limits. Delta wants to turn these psychic critters into high-speed couriers and, I suspect, emergency escape hatches.
Equipment

Ripcord Mechanism: A tensile ripcord connects to the green tanks strapped to our admins. The act of pulling this cord initiates the teleportation procedure.
Diode-Electrode Interface: Intricate medical electrodes establish a vital link between the human operator and the Abra. These electrodes grant us control over the teleportation destination

Procedure: We began today by selecting Abra specimens, sourced through Rainer from The FPS. These particular Abra are our subjects for experimentation. The Abras were then subjected to stimulant treatments, temporarily boosting their teleportation abilities while sapping their willpower. It’s a double-edged sword but we’re getting better at refining the tech every day. The Abras are then submerged in a liquid concoction of psionic stimulants and topical anaesthetics. I think it’s a side effect of the ground up Telepathic Harmonizer Crystals, but their eyes remain open and emit an eerie white glow during the process. While these crystals resonate with the psychic energy of the Abra evolutionary line I’m beginning to think we need to find an alternative infusion as their eyes are beginning to creep me out. When immersed in the solution, they create a harmonious telepathic link between the user and the Abra, facilitating controlled teleportation. Note: Without the direct electrode-diode interface this can be erratic and messy. The critical moment arrives when the ripcord is pulled. This action sends a high-frequency pulse surging through the suspension fluid, compelling Abra to teleport against its own will. Precise control over the teleportation destination is possible thanks to the implanted neural diodes. These marvels link our brains to the suspension fluid, allowing us to steer Abra’s teleportation to our desired location.

Outcome: As with previous attempts, today’s experiment showed some success. Abra’s teleportation range and cargo capacity were temporarily enhanced. But this achievement is not without its consequences. The distress it inflicts upon the Pokémon is evident, and persistent usage leads to severe exhaustion.

Closing Thoughts: Need to find crystal alternative. Read something about some crystals arriving to Pewter recently. Could be useful, though I think the ones we need are more like the stone Lucia had for Gyarados.

Snagem Tech Induction Report
Date: 22/07/2017
Day 12 – Upgrade Time!
Objective: To finally integrate the old Orre tech we had in the base before those vandals rolled through my research area like a hurricane.
Procedure: Team Snagem, Team Cipher? Both long gone, but their legacy lives on. InterPol may have the Snag Machine but we have the data! Today we implement the Snagem Tech into the SBB v1.1 and evolve it to the 1.2
Outcome: Failure. This time. SBB's are unregistered PokeBalls, Snagem Tech tries to circumvent the Trainer ID protocol and spoof it by returning an overwhelming amount of discordant data causing the receiving system to assume the ball is corrupted and shutting down the collection signal. Well, turns out you need a registered Trainer ID to activate the Snagem Tech. For now... I'll think of a way around it. I remember hearing about an event on New Island, off the coast of Cinnabar back in the 90's, way before the Orre event. There's nothing concrete but I remember rumours of PokeBalls which could capture not even a Pokemon but even a Pokemon inside a PokeBall. I'll have to see if Maize has any worthwhile information on this tomorrow when we strike for Silph. If Lucia gets to her first I'd better be there to remind her not to injure our best source of information.
Closing Thoughts: I still think it can be done. Why limit ourselves to unwanted and abandoned Pokemon from Day Cares and the rejects that the old man Fuji took in, with the right work we could take Pokemon straight from Gym Leaders, hell, we could take them from the Elite Four!
